Acquirement of Orbicom, MultiChoice's crucial Signal Distributor, given approval by ICASA clears way for Canal+

The transfer includes the Individual Electronic Communications Service (I-ECS), the Individual Electronic Communications Network Service (I-ECNS), and the Radio Frequency Spectrum (RFS) licences.
