In a significant move to enhance security for its subscribers, Beeline has introduced an AI-powered Virtual Assistant as part of its anti-fraud platform. This innovative service is designed to protect clients from telephone fraud by actively monitoring calls for signs of scams and fraudulent activities.

The AI model in the Virtual Assistant is trained to recognise indicators of fraud, allowing it to differentiate between legitimate and scam calls in real time. When suspicious calls are detected, the AI can automatically interrupt these calls, preventing potential fraud and safeguarding customers' funds.

Beeline's anti-fraud platform, which also includes warnings about potentially dangerous calls and spam call and message blocking, is now more effective at protecting clients thanks to the AI model's proactive approach. This continuous learning and improvement in identifying evolving scam techniques makes the AI model more effective over time at protecting customers.

Notably, the basic version of Beeline's anti-fraud platform is free and enabled by default for all Beeline subscribers. However, for enhanced protection, Beeline recommends that all clients activate the PRO version of the Virtual Assistant for themselves and their loved ones. The PRO version, which is included in a paid service package, offers additional features such as call reception and conversation transcription.

It is worth mentioning that Beeline's anti-fraud platform has already proven its effectiveness, having identified and prevented over 382 million fraudulent calls from January to July 2025. This AI-powered Virtual Assistant is particularly relevant for clients who are vulnerable to social engineering techniques, such as children and the elderly.

In addition to this, Beeline has introduced automatic disconnection of fraudulent calls upon receipt of an SMS code from Gosuslugi. Crucially, no humans will intervene in the conversation when the AI model takes action, ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of the client's conversation.

With the implementation of enhanced AI protection, Beeline has created a new level of security for its subscribers, offering them peace of mind in an increasingly digital world.
