Aikido Security Launches 'Aikido Attack' for Swift AI Pentesting
Belgian cybersecurity firm Aikido Security is expanding its offerings with the acquisition of Belgian platform developer Allseek and Swiss startup Haicker. The deals aim to create 'Aikido Attack', a new service for autonomous AI pentests.
Aikido Security, known for its source code library security examinations, has snapped up Haicker, a Lausanne-based startup developing an AI-assisted platform for simulating human pentesting. Founded less than six months ago, Haicker is led by Manaf Mhamdi Alaoui and Philippe Dourassov, winners of a world championship in cybersecurity.
The acquisition of Allseek, which specialises in automated pentest platforms, will further bolster Aikido's capabilities. The combined strengths of Haicker and Allseek will result in Aikido Attack, offering autonomous AI pentests that can be completed in hours, rather than weeks. This new service will simulate human pentesting behaviour using AI, aiming to outperform both automated platforms and human pentesters.
With these acquisitions, Aikido Security is set to launch Aikido Attack, a powerful new tool for autonomous AI pentesting. By combining the expertise of Haicker and Allseek, the service promises swift and effective security assessments, enhancing Aikido's position in the cybersecurity landscape.
