Amazon Halts Arizona Deliveries After Drone Crash
Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) has temporarily halted deliveries in Tolleson, Arizona, following a drone crash. The incident, involving Amazon Prime Air delivery drones, is under investigation by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).
The crash occurred when two Amazon Prime Air drones collided with a crane near an Amazon warehouse. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. The NTSB is leading the investigation, with the FAA also involved. The incident has led Amazon to pause deliveries in the affected area while the investigation unfolds.
