If the required marketing quota of 40% is reached, the expansion of the fiber optic network in the municipality can take place. A signed property owner's declaration (GEE) is required for scheduling purposes. All residents and business owners who can receive a high-performance internet connection will also be informed by post from Westconnect.
The fiber optic connection is free until November 30, 2025. By upgrading to a fiber optic connection, residents and business owners could potentially increase the value of their property by up to 8 percent.
