Aryza Group, a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for the banking and lending industry, has announced an expanded partnership with GoCardless. This partnership is aimed at positioning Aryza for future growth across global markets.

The integration of GoCardless' technology is set to bring a host of benefits to Aryza's merchants. One of the key features is the application of machine learning to data from the transactions GoCardless processes each year. This technology is designed to identify the best time for payment "retries" to improve recovery rates. However, further details about the machine learning used by GoCardless were not disclosed.

Tom Metcalfe, director of UK&I partnerships at GoCardless, expressed his excitement about scaling their reach in the banking and lending space through the expanded relationship with Aryza. He noted that the partnership will allow Aryza to enter new markets.

As part of the expanded partnership, Aryza's merchants will benefit from GoCardless' 'Success+' solution. This solution recovers an average of two-thirds of failed payments. However, more specific details about the capabilities of 'Success+' and the recovery of failed payments were not provided.

Martin Prigent, group director of partnerships and key customer relationships at Aryza, shared his enthusiasm about integrating GoCardless' cutting-edge technology to offer a seamless payment experience to clients.

In addition to the UK and Ireland, Aryza will extend GoCardless' capabilities beyond these regions. Direct debit and 'Instant Bank Pay' solutions are set to be rolled out across Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and North America. It's worth noting that these solutions will primarily affect countries where open banking and direct debit infrastructures are established.

The new agreement builds on a two-year partnership between Aryza Group and GoCardless. While no new information about the duration of this expanded partnership was provided, it is expected to bring benefits to a wider range of businesses.

It's important to note that no new information about the integration of Open Banking payments into Aryza Lend or the expansion of the integration beyond loan and lease management software was provided in this announcement.

This expanded partnership is a significant step for Aryza Group as it seeks to expand its global footprint and offer its clients a more seamless payment experience.
