The integration with True Impact® is now live, offering real-time data on the societal impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. This feature, along with enhancements to Impact Edge such as custom goal tracking and improved dashboards, empowers companies to make data-driven decisions.
Blackbaud has also bolstered its AI capabilities, providing smarter analytics and measurement tools for users of the YourCause® CSR platform. Additionally, the new Charity Discovery Tool enables streamlined nonprofit research, while AI translations for custom text and early access to Form Intelligence in GrantsConnect® further enhance the platform's offerings.
