Cipher Neutron, Kuber Group Ink Deal for 10MW Green Hydrogen Project in Africa
Cipher Neutron and Kuber Group have signed a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The deal paves the way for the supply of 10 Megawatts of Cipher Neutron's Advanced Electrolyser Membrane (AEM) Electrolysers to Kuber for projects in Ghana and Nigeria. The agreement aligns with both companies' focus on green hydrogen production and power generation.
Col. Raj Kalra, Kuber Group's Chairman, praised Cipher Neutron's AEM technology, stating it complements Kuber's ongoing hydrogen projects across Africa. Kuber Group, with operations in multiple countries, is well-positioned to facilitate the implementation of these electrolysers. Gurjant Randhawa, Cipher Neutron's President and CEO, welcomed the strategic collaboration, highlighting the potential of AEM Electrolysers in the power generation sector.
The project involves several partners, including H2GreenSteel, Green Enesys, and AsureQuality. It aims to produce green hydrogen using Cipher Neutron's advanced technology. Jim Payne, President & CEO of dynaCERT, commended the partnership and Cipher Neutron's technological advancements. The initial purchase order for a 10-Kilowatt AEM Electrolyser Stack from Kuber Group in Africa has already been received, marking a significant step in the project's progress.
