CircularTech Forum 2025 to Honor Digital Product Passport Innovators
The CircularTech Forum, an international platform for circular economy and digitalization experts, is set to host its annual event in 2025. On September 22, the forum will present the first award for outstanding achievements in implementing the digital product passport, with Dr. Holger Berg from the Wuppertal Institute serving on the jury alongside five other esteemed members.
The forum, which brings together scientific experts, politicians, entrepreneurs, and consumers, offers a range of activities including keynotes, panel discussions, workshops, and an exhibition area. The digital product passport, a key focus of the event, contains information about a product's entire lifecycle, driving transformation in four categories.
The jury, comprising Martin Schiefer, Reinhard Backhausen, Robert Hermann, Elisabeth Moser-Marzi, Sabine Nadherny-Borutin, and Vanessa Wabitsch alongside Dr. Berg, will recognize real applications that have successfully implemented the digital product passport. The forum encourages knowledge exchange through personal conversations, fostering a collaborative environment. It is organized by the CircularTech community in collaboration with over 30 partners, including the Wuppertal Institute.
The CircularTech Forum in 2025 promises to be an insightful event, celebrating innovation in the digital product passport implementation. Tickets can be purchased via the provided link, offering attendees the opportunity to engage with industry leaders and shape the future of the circular economy.
