Collaboration of MoIAT with Sinaha: Empowering Homegrown Products on a Digital Marketplace

In Abu Dhabi, the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) and Sinaha have joined forces to develop a national digital platform aimed at showcasing and promoting locally manufactured goods. The platform, which will bear the "Made in the Emirates" mark, will act as a digital gateway linking manufacturers with potential consumers, investors, and talent throughout the UAE.

The partnership was announced at the Make it in the Emirates Forum. In addition to the digital platform, MoIAT will oversee the launch of the Walaa' Platform, a loyalty program which aims to engage media influencers, community groups, and other key players in promoting local products and fostering a culture of national consumption.

The initiative aligns with the UAE's National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology. By focusing on digital innovation, public-private collaboration, and increased SME and industrial employment support, the strategy aims to enhance the competitiveness of Emirati-made products, both domestically and worldwide.

Osama Amir Fadhel, Assistant Under-Secretary at MoIAT, stated that the partnership underscores the ministry's dedication to boosting the visibility and competitiveness of national products. Meanwhile, Sinaha's chairman, Mohammed bin Salem bin Kardous Al Ameri, expressed his excitement about the alliance, describing it as a significant step towards unifying marketing and industrial growth strategies.

The platform will also incorporate AI-driven tools to analyze consumer behavior and support the creation of targeted awareness campaigns, highlighting the critical role of digital transformation in advancing the UAE's industrial vision.
