DHL Supply Chain Announces Leadership Changes for Operational Excellence

DHL Supply Chain has announced a series of leadership changes, effective July 2024. Mauricio Barros, Sally Miller, and Markus Voss will take on new global roles, while John Kelleher will transition to a new position.

Oscar de Bok, global CEO of DHL Supply Chain, expressed confidence that these appointments will bolster the company's operational efficiency and market expansion. Barros, currently leading the North American business to remarkable growth under Sureddin's leadership, will step into the global chief operations officer role. Sureddin, who doubled the size of the business in North America, fostered a culture of continuous improvement and developed innovative product solutions, will pass the baton to Barros.

Voss, instrumental in driving performance-focused standardisation and technological advancements, will also become global chief operations officer. Meanwhile, Miller, who has held various commercial leadership roles within DHL Group, including Global Commercial Director and Regional Commercial Director for EMEA, will assume the position of global chief information officer. Kelleher, joining DHL Group in 1992 and serving as global chief development officer, will transition to a new role.

These strategic appointments reflect DHL Supply Chain's commitment to driving operational excellence and exploring new market opportunities. The new board members bring a wealth of experience and expertise, poised to strengthen the company's global position.
