Elon Musk once again challenges xAI employees to demonstrate their achievements
In the world of artificial intelligence, Elon Musk's xAI company continues to make headlines. Last week, a source familiar with the matter reported that xAI is holding a three-hour all-hands meeting on Wednesday.
The meeting's agenda remains undisclosed, but it follows an email sent by Musk to xAI employees asking for a one-page summary of their accomplishments in the past four weeks and plans for the next four weeks. The deadline for this summary is set for noon on Thursday.
This email is reminiscent of Musk's past leadership styles, as he has a history of sending similar requests to employees at various companies and agencies he has led.
