Geely Farizon debuts their electric camper van under the X brand on Twitter
New Electric Camper Van Launched by Geely Holding's Subsidiary
Geely Holding's commercial vehicle unit, Farizon, has announced the launch of a new camper van - the Our X. The camper van, based on the all-electric light-duty passenger vehicle Super Van, was unveiled on July 25, 20XX.
The Our X camper van is equipped with a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery supplied by Gotion High-tech (SHE: 002074). This battery powers a single electric motor with a maximum power output of 170 kW. The motor delivers a maximum torque of 336 Nm, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
The camper van boasts a CLTC range of 460 kilometers, providing ample distance for long trips. It measures 5,018 mm in length, 1,980 mm in width, and 2,140 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,100 mm. The Our X camper van has a curb weight of 2,695 kilograms and accommodates seven passengers comfortably.
One of the standout features of the Our X camper van is the hidden electric roof tent. With one-touch operation, the tent can be raised or lowered for convenience. The camper van also offers an expandable shower space, making it ideal for camping trips.
The Our X camper van is equipped with a 3.3 kW mobile power station. This mobile power station enables cooking, charging, and powering other devices, ensuring that campers have all the necessary amenities.
Geely is offering a limited-time purchase benefit for customers who pay a deposit of RMB 5,000 by December 31. This benefit includes a drone worth RMB 15,999, a camping kit worth RMB 2,999, a charging station worth RMB 1,999, and a holiday gift package worth RMB 1,999.
The Our X camper van is priced at RMB 269,900 ($37,650) in China. It is available in a single variant.
In other news, Geely is set to launch the A7 hybrid sedan on Aug 8. The value of RMB 1 is approximately $0.141, providing a rough conversion for those interested in the sedan's price.
