Havaianas & Zellerfeld Unveil World's First 3D-Printed Flip-Flops
Havaianas and 3D printing innovator Zellerfeld are set to revolutionize flip-flop design. The first 3D-printed flip-flops will debut in September, combining iconic style with futuristic technology.
The flip-flops, manufactured as a single unit, feature a unique layered sole structure that showcases the 3D printing process and enhances grip. The rounded toe cap also aids in grip, covering the front of the foot.
Available in five vibrant colours, from classic off-white to bold red, these flip-flops offer a mix of tradition and innovation. They will be made to order, reducing waste and allowing for personalized sizing via an app. Delivery will take approximately three to four weeks due to individual printing.
The premiere of these groundbreaking flip-flops took place at the São Paulo Fashion Week in Brazil. The event marked a significant milestone in footwear manufacturing, merging Havaianas' iconic silhouette with Zellerfeld's advanced 3D printing techniques.
The first 3D-printed flip-flops by Havaianas and Zellerfeld will be available in September 2025. With their textured surface, contoured footbed, and reduced pressure points, these flip-flops promise comfort and style. They will be available for purchase through the Zellerfeld website.
