Hero MotoCorp Hits 125 Million Two-Wheeler Milestone With Special Edition Models
Hero MotoCorp, an Indian motorcycle and scooter manufacturer, has reached a significant milestone. The company has produced over 125 million two-wheelers since its inception. To celebrate this achievement, Hero MotoCorp has launched special edition models of its Splendor+, Passion+, and Vida VX2.
The special editions retain their standard mechanical specifications. The Splendor+ and Passion+ models sport a graphite grey colour scheme with black, brown, and gold graphics, and a 3D '125M' badge. The Vida VX2 special edition keeps its existing colour options but adds a 3D '125M' logo on the front apron.
Hero MotoCorp's journey began in 1985 with the CD100. It has consistently hit major production targets, reaching 50 million units in 2015, 75 million in 2017, and 100 million in 2021. This latest milestone was achieved over four decades after the company's start.
Hero MotoCorp, independent since 2011, has come a long way from its joint venture beginnings with Honda. The company's growth is marked by consistent production targets and now, the manufacturing of over 125 million two-wheelers. The special edition models launched to commemorate this special milestone are a testament to Hero MotoCorp's success and commitment to its customers.
