Commencing February 1st, 2025, ol' Tom will be shouldering higher responsibilities in the realm of damage and accident insurance. Reporting directly to divisional board member Dr. Jörg Rheinländer, this badass physicist and data scientist is set to bring his data-driven approach to the composite division. 🤓
Dr. Rheinländer had this to say on the appointment: "With Dr. Thomas Körzdörfer’s impressive performances in his previous roles and tasks within HUK-COBURG's data analytics activities, I am thrilled to have him on board for more responsibilities in the composite division, further cementing a data-driven approach here." 🤝
Ever since March 2018, Körzdörfer's been riding at the helm of the Data Analytics department at HUK-COBURG, taking the helm in February 2023. Before joining the HUK-COBURG crew, he was a junior professor at the University of Potsdam from 2012 to 2018. 🎓🏛️
