Initiating process for a fresh Directive on aligning member states' laws regarding the market introduction of electronic communication networks, as per the Commission's decision.

Deutsche Telekom has announced the launch of a new WLAN service in Höpfingen, providing residents with faster connection speeds for digital learning, working, streaming, and gaming simultaneously. The maximum download speed for the WLAN service in Höpfingen has been increased to an impressive 250 Megabits per second (Mbit/s), while the upload speed has been boosted to 40 Mbit/s.

This network expansion has been made possible by Telekom's installation of new system technology in nine grey boxes on the street. As a result, approximately 1,149 households in Höpfingen now have access to the new WLAN news, with the number of households with access increasing to 1,981.

Lena Raschke, the spokesperson for Deutsche Telekom AG, reported on the network expansion and increased download speeds. Customers can book the super-fast WLAN connection online, by phone, or in a store. For more information on availability and tariffs, visit www.telekom.de/faster.
