The Xpeng Mona M03, an electric liftback launched in August 2024, has been making waves in the Chinese market, demonstrating impressive sales figures and a strong presence in the A-segment sedan category.

Within just 52 minutes of its launch, the Xpeng Mona M03 generated over 10,000 firm orders, signalling strong demand for the vehicle. By June 2025, this demand had translated into 14,111 units delivered, marking the 10th consecutive month with deliveries exceeding 10,000 units. This represented 40.77% of Xpeng's total 34,611 vehicles delivered that month.

Year-to-date (January to June 2025), the Mona M03 accumulated 86,351 units delivered, accounting for 43.79% of Xpeng's total deliveries in the same period. In June 2025 alone, the model ranked third in sales among A-segment sedans/cars from Chinese brands, behind Emgrand and Seal 06 DM-i, solidifying its position as a strong competitor in its segment.

The Mona M03 offers two e-motor options: 140 kW (187 hp) and 160 kW (214 hp), and boasts a range of 515 - 620 km (CLTC conditions). The vehicle's sleek styling, with a slanted bonnet, retractable door handles, and a low roofline, has also been a draw for consumers.

The interior of the Mona M03 adopts a minimalistic design, without a conventional instrument cluster. The center console integrates two cup holders and a wireless phone charging pad. The gear shifter sits behind the two-spoke wheel with a flat bottom.

The Xpeng Mona M03's large floating 15.6-inch touchscreen is powered by a Snapdragon 8155 chip, providing a smooth and responsive user experience. The wheelbase of the vehicle is 2,815 mm, offering a comfortable ride.

As of late July 2025, Xpeng announced the total lifetime deliveries of the Mona M03 reached 150,000 units, highlighting sustained demand beyond the half-year mark. The Mona M03 is equipped with two LF battery variants from BYD's subsidiary FinDreams: 51.8 kWh and 62.2 kWh.

In March 2025, Xpeng sold 16,593 units of the Xpeng Mona M03, setting an all-time high. The vehicle's drag coefficient is 0.194 Cd, an impressive number for a car with dimensions of 4780/1896/1445 mm.

In summary, the Mona M03 is a top-performing electric vehicle for Xpeng in China, with steady high monthly deliveries, a significant share of the company's sales, and a cumulative delivery milestone of 150,000 units reached by mid-2025. The vehicle's impressive sales performance, coupled with its sleek design and advanced technology, positions it as a strong contender in the Chinese electric vehicle market.
