Kiwi.com Launches Kiwi Connector for AI Chat Flight Search
Kiwi.com introduces Kiwi Connector, a new feature allowing users to search for flights directly within AI chat interfaces like Claude and ChatGPT. The setup is quick, taking only about two minutes, and then users can initiate searches with prompts like 'Find me flights'.
Kiwi Connector offers a seamless flight search experience. It uses Kiwi.com's complete flight inventory, displaying results in organized tables with direct booking links. Users can request specific details like dates, destinations, and passenger numbers for more accurate results. The AI assistant can even remember traveler preferences to find options that match their needs.
The feature ensures privacy, only sharing flight search data with Kiwi.com and keeping AI conversations private. Once a suitable flight is found, booking can be completed on Kiwi.com with the same checkout process and support. All planning stays within the chat conversation, eliminating the need to switch tabs or lose travel details. Comparisons between flight options, such as cheapest vs fastest or direct vs layover, can also be requested.
Kiwi Connector is free to use and does not add any extra costs to flights. It is currently compatible with general AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT, with potential for expansion to other AI systems. This innovative feature simplifies flight search and booking, keeping everything in one conversation for a more efficient travel planning experience.
