Enhanced Input Flexibility and Remote Control
Version 3.0 of Director Mini makes it even more powerful with enhancements to its production toolset. The device now supports RTSP streams and HTML webpage sources as input, and its multi-view output can now be encoded for recording, streaming, or NDI distribution.
The remote control options have been extended for mobile devices and laptops, and the free Director Utility mobile app now includes live program video and audio monitoring, multi-step shortcut creation and editing, instant replay control, and replay event sharing.
Improved User Experience
The updated Director Mini is currently in beta testing and will be available in the next 30 days. The browser-based web UI now includes instant replay controls, and Director Mini supports captive portal authentication in shared Wi-Fi environments and USB tethering to use a smartphone's cellular data connectivity.
