Marks the commemoration of Oris' 60th anniversary of its Diver Sixty-Five model, debuting a limited-edition version in shades of ocean green.

The Swiss watchmaker Oris has unveiled a new variant of its popular Divers Sixty-Five Chronograph, now available in a striking Ocean Green shade. The new colour palette is inspired by nature, drawing from both the ocean depths and the forested hills surrounding Oris' Hölstein factory in Switzerland.

This green hue offers a sophisticated, balanced tone that is neither too bright nor playful but rather a tasteful middle ground, complementing the vintage-inspired design of the watch. The Ocean Green chronograph is not a limited edition and is now available directly from Oris' website.

The Divers Sixty-Five Chronograph Ocean Green features a bi-compax layout with the running seconds at 9 o'clock and a 30-minute counter at 3 o'clock. It boasts a unidirectional diving bezel, green subdials, and an aluminum bezel insert, all contributing to its distinctive look.

This new variant is powered by the Oris Calibre 771 automatic movement, based on the Sellita SW510. It comes with two strap options: a sustainably-sourced Cervo Volante deer leather strap and a three-link steel bracelet. The watch has a case size of 40mm and a case thickness of 15.4mm.

Oris has been perfecting the Divers Sixty-Five since its revival in 2015. The watch is known for its shield-shaped index at 12 o'clock and its domed sapphire crystal and pump-style pushers. The Ocean Green chronograph maintains these distinctive features while offering a fresh, natural twist.

The Divers Sixty-Five Chronograph Ocean Green has a water resistance of 100m, making it suitable for everyday wear, whether you're diving into the ocean or exploring the forested hills. Pricing for the Ocean Green chronograph remains the same as the existing black dial variant, with the leather strap priced at $4,500 and the steel bracelet priced at $4,700.

In conclusion, the "Ocean Green" color reflects Oris' connection to its natural environment, offering a unique and elegant appearance on the chronograph's dial and bezel. This new variant of the Divers Sixty-Five chronograph is a worthy addition to any watch enthusiast's collection.
