Napier AI, a London-based financial crime compliance RegTech, has appointed Adam Flowers as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Flowers brings over 15 years of international experience in scaling SaaS businesses and driving revenue growth across four continents.

Flowers joins Napier AI from Aptitude Software, where he significantly grew the APAC region's revenue by 800% during his seven-year tenure in Singapore. His immediate priority will be to streamline and sharpen the company's go-to-market strategy, focusing on key markets and verticals such as banking, wealth and asset management, and payments.

Flowers expressed excitement about joining Napier AI at a pivotal moment for the business and praised its 'compliance-first AI' approach. He will also build the partnerships function into a scalable revenue engine while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

The appointment of Adam Flowers follows the recent hire of James Brown as Global Head of Partnerships, further strengthening Napier AI's capabilities.
