Havas Appoints Liz Roche as General Manager and Chief Strategy Officer of Havas Helia CX

Havas, the global advertising and communications group, has made its first major leadership appointment for Havas CX with the appointment of Liz Roche as the General Manager and Chief Strategy Officer of Havas Helia CX.

Roche brings a wealth of experience in strategic leadership and marketing to her new role. She previously served as the Managing Director and Head of Strategy for Havas Helia's customer engagement agency in Chicago from 2018 to 2021, before becoming the General Manager and Chief Strategy Officer for Havas Helia CX.

The offices that Roche will oversee in her new role are located in Baltimore, Chicago, New York, and Richmond. With this appointment, Havas Helia CX's network now includes these offices.

In her new role, Roche will lead strategy for clients and internal teams across analytics, CX, digital, data, and marketing technology. Her responsibilities extend across these key areas, strengthening Havas Helia CX's role within Havas's customer experience network.
