Peugeot has recently introduced the E-3008 and E-5008 Dual Motor 325 cv Launch Edition models in Portugal. These electric SUVs are equipped with advanced technology, performance, and luxury features, making them a compelling option in the growing all-wheel-drive electric vehicle (EV) segment.
Under the hood, both models boast a powerful dual-motor setup. The front motor delivers 213 hp (156 kW), while the rear motor produces 112 hp (82 kW), resulting in a combined output of 325 hp (239 kW / 325 cv) and a maximum torque of 509 Nm. This setup ensures sharp acceleration and confident all-wheel-drive capability, a rarity in this segment at this price point.
Both cars are equipped with a 73 kWh Lithium-ion NMC battery, offering up to 490 km (303 miles for the E-3008 and 289 miles for the E-5008) of range in the WLTP combined cycle, Normal mode. DC rapid charging from 20% to 80% takes approximately 30 minutes, and both models come with an 11 kW three-phase onboard charger as standard. The maximum charging speed is up to 160 kW DC.
The Launch Edition trim elevates both models with exclusive styling, interior luxury, and advanced tech. Exterior features include a black Diamond roof and rear spoiler, Pixel LED matrix headlights, motorised tailgate, and 20-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. Inside, the vehicles feature black Alcantara® upholstery with embossed PEUGEOT shield, 10-way electric front seats with massage (five patterns, three intensities), adaptive bolsters, memory function for the driver, and heated front and rear seats. The interior also includes a panoramic sunroof, eight-colour ambient lighting, and a Clean Cabin system for air quality.
Infotainment-wise, the vehicles are equipped with the PEUGEOT i-Connect® Advanced system, offering connected navigation, wireless smartphone mirroring, and wireless charging. The E-3008 Dual Motor 325 cv Launch Edition, on the other hand, comes with a panoramic sunroof and a premium Hi-Fi Focal sound system with ten speakers.
In terms of pricing, the E-3008 Dual Motor Launch Edition is priced from €57,700, while the E-5008 Dual Motor Launch Edition costs €59,700. Deliveries are expected from Q4 2025.
With super-rapid chargers, the battery can be replenished from 20 to 80 percent in around half an hour. Both models feature bicolor decoration, black roof, 20-inch alloy wheels, and LED Pixel headlights. The Sunroof Pack is also applied to both models, featuring a panoramic sunroof with interior shade control, laminated acoustic windows, and the Clean Cabin concept with an interior particle sensor.
