New Fast-Charging Stations Launched in Ingolstadt for Electric Vehicles
Ingolstadt, Germany, has seen the introduction of new fast-charging stations for electric vehicles. These stations, equipped with advanced technology for efficient charging, have been strategically located around the city for easy access.
The launch of these stations is part of IFG's commitment to sustainable energy solutions and a significant step towards a more sustainable future. The expansion of the charging infrastructure was supported by funding from the Free State of Bavaria.
The new fast-charging stations, numbering 12 (each with 75 kW capacity), are now available to the public at Hallenbad Parking Lot, Theater Ost Parking Lot, and Festplatz Parking Lot. The implementation of these stations was carried out in cooperation with Ingolstadt Municipal Utilities.
The new fast-charging stations are designed to be user-friendly for all electric vehicle owners and are expected to reduce charging time significantly. They are also anticipated to boost the infrastructure for electric vehicles, contributing significantly to the energy transition and the promotion of sustainable mobility in the region.
