Recruitment firm The Adecco Group has named Eileen Sweeney as the new chief of its U.S. division.

The world's leading talent advisory and solutions company, Adecco Group, has announced the appointment of Eileen Sweeney as the Head of their U.S. division. Sweeney, with over 20 years of experience in senior management roles at Dell, Iron Mountain, CSC, and Capgemini, among others, brings a wealth of expertise to her new role.

Sweeney has a proven track record in leading globally dispersed teams of over 20,000 people and running multi-billion-dollar business units. Her extensive experience in sales, operations, and innovation across manufacturing, value-driven services, and life science sectors will be invaluable in driving business transformations and future-forward solutions for Adecco Group's clients.

Sweeney's appointment is seen as a natural fit for Adecco Group in the U.S., given her impressive track record in driving business transformations and future-forward solutions. Sweeney previously held the role of Executive Vice President at Capgemini. Before Capgemini, her predecessor company was PepsiCo. Sweeney holds a degree from Northwestern University.
