Samsung Wallet & Coinbase Team Up for Exclusive Crypto Perks

Samsung Wallet has strengthened its crypto partnership with Coinbase, now offering U.S. Galaxy users an exclusive Coinbase One membership. This premium service, previously available to select users, is now extended to all Galaxy device owners.

The expanded partnership provides Galaxy users with a free three-month subscription to Coinbase One. This includes boosted staking rewards and exclusive offers, along with zero trading fees on select assets. The subscription also grants users $25 credit for their first trade. Coinbase's CEO, Brian Armstrong, expressed excitement about the collaboration.

Samsung Wallet initially partnered with Coinbase in July, enabling crypto payments and management for U.S. and Canadian users. The latest update introduces a tap-to-pay feature, allowing direct P2P payments between devices in the same room. Additionally, users can now split in-store payments for a smoother online shopping experience.
