Sanlorenzo Unveils 74Steel Superyacht, Selling Fast with Personalized Layouts
Sanlorenzo has unveiled its latest masterpiece, the 74Steel, a 74-meter superyacht with a personalized layout and striking design. The exterior lines are crafted by Zuccon International Project, while the interiors are the work of Francesco Paszkowski and Margherita Casprini. With three units already sold and a fourth in negotiation, the 74Steel is set to make waves in the yachting news world.
The 74Steel boasts an impressive gross tonnage of 1,900 and offers a unique layout for each owner, including diverse bow configurations and interior designs. The first two units feature a diesel-electric propulsion system, utilizing six generators and two Schottel E-Pods, along with a 1.5 MWh battery capacity. The third unit, however, opts for a conventional in-line shaft propulsion system.
CEO Massimo Perotti, who recently stepped down, described the 74Steel as Sanlorenzo's most ambitious project and the pinnacle of their steel range. The new flagship will be launched in a private ceremony in La Spezia. Taking the helm after Perotti's departure is Tommaso Vincenzi.
The 74Steel, with its personalized layouts and innovative propulsion systems, has already secured three sales and is poised for further success. Sanlorenzo's new leadership under Tommaso Vincenzi promises to continue the shipyard's tradition of excellence and innovation.
