SEALSQ Reports $9.9M in Nine-Month Revenue, Eyes 50%-100% Growth in 2026
SEALSQ Corp (LAES) has revealed its preliminary unaudited financial metrics for the nine-month period ending September 30, 2025. The tech giant has seen significant growth, bolstered by strategic acquisitions and partnerships.
SEALSQ's revenue for the first nine months of 2025 reached $9.9 million, with $5.1 million earned in the third quarter alone. This marks a 41% year-on-year increase, driven by renewed demand for traditional products and two months of consolidated revenue from IC'ALPS, a French ASIC design firm acquired in August 2025.
The company's cash position stands strong at $220 million, ensuring ample liquidity for further innovation and expansion in post-quantum cryptography (PQC). SEALSQ's business pipeline totals $175 million in potential revenue opportunities over the next three years.
SEALSQ has been active in forming strategic partnerships. It joined the Government of Spain's Quantix Edge Security project, a €40 million initiative, alongside WISeKey. Engineering samples of the QS7001TM post-quantum microcontroller have already been delivered to initial partners, with production samples and development kits set to ship starting late in the third quarter of 2025.
Details about the Quantix Edge Security project partners in September 2025 are currently unavailable. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, it is recommended to visit the official websites of the involved companies or search for relevant press releases.
SEALSQ anticipates continued acceleration, with growth expected to range between 50% to 100% in 2026 and beyond. This growth is projected to be driven by new PQC chip launches, full consolidation of IC'ALPS, and revenues from the Quantix Edge project. The company's full-year revenue is expected to fall between $17.5 million and $20.0 million, representing a significant 59%-82% growth over 2024.
