Skoda Enyaq RS Surges in Germany, Driving Record Market Share
Skoda's Enyaq RS range has proven a hit in Germany, with new registrations surging over 132 percent in July 2025. The model family, including the new Elroq, accounted for 22,370 units. This success contributed to Skoda achieving a record market share of 8.8 percent, with one in four new Skodas being electrified models.
The Enyaq RS, launched in late 2021, offers a blend of sporty performance and practicality. Its interior boasts a large display, ample storage, and physical buttons for key functions. Despite its agility, the RS maintains a range of over 550 km and rapid charging capabilities, reaching 80 percent in about 26 minutes at fast-charging stations. It offers a top speed of 180 km/h and a consumption of 16.0 - 16.6 kWh per 100 km. The RS comes standard with Matrix LED headlights, a massage function, a head-up display, and a winter package. It offers all-wheel drive and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.4 seconds, powered by two electric motors generating a total output of 250 kW (340 PS).
The Enyaq RS is available in SUV and coupe versions, priced at 58,600 euros and 60,850 euros respectively.
