Sony is aggressively venturing into the PC gaming market with forthcoming InZone releases
Sony Unveils New Line of PC Gaming Accessories: InZone Range
Sony is expanding its presence in the PC gaming market with the launch of a new range of gaming accessories, including a headset, keyboard, mouse, mousepads, and earbuds. The InZone range is designed with a focus on PC gaming, marking a significant investment by Sony in this sector.
The flagship product in the InZone range is the InZone H9 II, a premium wireless noise-cancelling gaming headset priced at €300 or £300. This headset is designed for long gaming sessions and boasts advanced sound drivers borrowed from Sony's WH-1000XM6 premium headphones, ensuring high-quality audio.
The InZone H9 II has been developed in collaboration with esports organization Fnatic to optimize microphone tuning, sound isolation, and overall fit for high-level performance. The headset weighs approximately 260 grams for comfortable long play and features a boom microphone engineered to cut ambient noise for clear communication.
The InZone H9 II supports dual wireless connectivity, allowing simultaneous connection for game audio and chat, and is compatible with both PlayStation 5 and Windows PC. It also supports 360 Spatial Sound for Gaming via INZONE Hub software on PC (Windows 10 or higher required).
The InZone H9 II is available in white with a sleek new design, lighter than the original H9 headset. Other products in the InZone range include the InZone H3, a refreshed wired headset priced at £90 or €100.
The InZone KBD-H75 is a 75% tenkeyless mechanical keyboard priced at £250 or €300, while the InZone Mouse-A is a classy-looking lightweight wireless mouse priced at £150 or €180. The InZone range also includes two mousepads: InZone Mat-D, a lower-friction and less thick mousemat priced at £50 or €60, and InZone Mat-F, a high-friction surface mousemat priced at £90 or €100.
The InZone E9 are in-ear gaming earbuds priced at £130 or €150, designed for comfort during long periods of play. These earbuds are suitable for streamers and can fit under performance-level headsets if needed.
All the new devices from the InZone range are expected to be available in September 2025, although the availability dates for individual devices have not been specified. Sony positions the Inzone H9 II and other new peripherals as professional-grade gear for competitive PC gaming while maintaining compatibility with PlayStation systems.
