Tado's AI Assist Revolutionizes Home Heating, Saving Up to 55% Energy
Tado, a Munich-based company specialising in home energy management, has launched AI Assist. This innovative system uses artificial intelligence to help users save energy and make smarter decisions about their heating.
AI Assist introduces several new features. 'Energy IQ' provides AI-driven insights, enabling users to understand their energy usage better. The system also offers a 'vacation mode', adjusting heating based on absence to prevent energy wastage.
AI Assist learns individual room properties and predicts preheating upon arrival, ensuring optimal comfort. These advancements can lead to significant savings - up to 55% more energy compared to the previous Tado system, depending on usage behaviour and conditions.
The new system is available now, with registration costing either 29.99 euros annually or 3.99 euros per month. Existing users can upgrade from Auto Assist to AI Assist without changing their current usage fees.
Tado's AI Assist, powered by artificial neural networks trained with data from over a million connected homes over 15 years, promises to revolutionise home heating. By offering adaptive heating, predictive preheating, and energy-saving insights, AI Assist aims to help users reduce their energy consumption and costs.
