Activation Requirements and Process
To activate the BSNL Gold International Roaming Plan, users must first enable international roaming on their BSNL SIM. This can be done by either calling the BSNL customer service centre at 1503 or using the MyBSNL app. After arriving in the destination country, if the network does not connect automatically, users need to manually enable international roaming by selecting “International” under Network Options in their phone’s settings within the BSNL mobile network tab.
