Triplefair Leads €2M Seed Round for 3D Spark's Manufacturing & Procurement SaaS
Swedish investment firm Triplefair has led a €2 million seed funding round for Hamburg-based B2B manufacturing and procurement SaaS startup 3D Spark. Founded in 2021, 3D Spark offers an AI-supported platform streamlining manufacturing, procurement, and sales processes.
3D Spark was established by Dr.-Ing. Fritz Lange, M.Sc. Ruben Meuth, and Dr.-Ing. Arnd Struve. The startup serves industry giants like Siemens Mobility, Deutsche Bahn, and Alstom, supporting over 15 additive and conventional manufacturing technologies.
Triplefair, founded in 2018, invests in European software and technology companies, providing capital and strategic support. Alongside Triplefair, existing investors Fraunhofer Technologie-Transfer Fonds (FTTF) and Innovationsstarter Fonds Hamburg (IFH) also participated in the funding round.
3D Spark will utilise the funds to expand its platform, improve its supplier marketplace, and grow its team across technical, sales, and customer success roles. This investment underscores Triplefair's commitment to backing innovative European tech startups.
