VeEX Introduces PX92: New Handheld PON Analyzer Boosts Service Provider Efficiency

VeEX Inc, a subsidiary of VIAVI Solutions, has introduced the PX92, a new handheld PON analyser and multi-gigabit service test set. The PX92 is set to streamline validations and troubleshooting for service providers, as announced by Lidia Tolbuzova, Product Manager at VeEX.

The PX92 supports both pass-through and terminated versions, catering to GPON and XGS-PON services. It offers end-to-end service validation, including multi-gig Ethernet and Wi-Fi testing. Before customer equipment deployment, the PX92 verifies provisioning and service readiness through ONT emulation.

The PX92 combines PON analysis, ONT emulation, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi QoE testing into a single compact platform. This integration allows service providers to perform various tests from a single device, improving efficiency. The PX92 also integrates with VeEX Asset Management cloud solutions for report automation and centralised asset management.

The PX92 will be showcased at SCTE's TechExpo in Washington, DC, from September 30 to October 1, at Booth B236. By introducing the PX92, VeEX Inc aims to enhance service providers' efficiency in validation and troubleshooting processes.
