ViewSonic reveals a sneak peek of their 10-inch tablet at Good E-Reader's IFA event
In the world of technology, new devices are constantly emerging, and one such device that has caught our attention is the ViewSonic ViewPad 10. This 10-inch tablet, contributed to our website by author Sovan Mandal, boasts a unique feature - it's dual-boot capable, running both Windows 7 and Android.
Sovan Mandal, a tech enthusiast with a keen interest in gadgets, smartphones, tablet devices, AI, and self-driven automobiles, has penned down his thoughts on this intriguing device. The ViewPad 10, built around an Intel Atom N455 processor, comes equipped with 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of SSD.
The ViewPad 10's touchscreen sports a 16:9 widescreen ratio and a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, which is surprisingly the same as the Galaxy Tab and the nReader R100 tablet from BenQ, despite its larger screen size. The touchscreen is responsive, ensuring a smooth user experience.
However, switching between the operating systems requires a reboot, and the final version may offer improvements in this regard. The ViewPad 10 will run on Android 1.6, which is an outdated version. Nevertheless, Sovan Mandal, who is always up-to-date with the latest technology developments, assures us that further details about the device will be revealed soon.
ViewSonic has introduced two tablet devices at the IFA, and while Sovan Mandal does not provide any new information about the specifications or features of the ViewPad 10 in this paragraph, we are eagerly awaiting more details about this promising device. Stay tuned for more updates on the ViewSonic ViewPad 10.
