Vingroup Expands Robotics Ecosystem With VinDynamics for Humanoid Robotics

Vingroup, Vietnam's leading technology and industry conglomerate, is expanding its robotics ecosystem. The company has received board approval to establish VinDynamics, a Hanoi-based firm specializing in humanoid robot research and development. With a charter capital of VND500 billion ($18.94 million) and 51% ownership, VinDynamics is set to become a significant player in the field.

VinDynamics joins VinMotion and VinRobotics within Vingroup's robotics ecosystem. VinMotion, established in early 2025, focuses on the R&D and application of multifunctional robots, while VinRobotics, set up in late 2024, concentrates on advanced technologies like automation, industrial robots, and AI. VinDynamics, on the other hand, will specialize in humanoid robotics, covering research, development, production, and technology transfer.

The robots developed by these companies will initially be deployed in VinFast's factories to support tasks such as component transportation and quality inspection. In the long term, VinMotion aims to develop intelligent robots capable of communicating and processing images and languages for various applications, including logistics, healthcare, education, and personal care.

Vingroup's increased investment in technology and industry, with a focus on developing multifunctional robots under the 'Made in Vietnam' brand, signals a commitment to driving innovation and growth in the robotics sector. The establishment of VinDynamics, along with its sister companies VinMotion and VinRobotics, positions Vingroup as a key player in shaping the future of robotics in Vietnam and beyond.
