In an exciting development for the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) market, Xilica, a leading provider of collaboration audio solutions, has announced the launch of its AI-driven platform, RoomHub. This new offering is part of Xilica's refreshed strategy for the ANZ region, aimed at reconnecting with customers, delivering exceptional projects, and fostering more intuitive collaboration across learning, government, and corporate spaces.

The AI-driven RoomHub platform is designed to revolutionise room and workspace management, integrating AI technology to enhance smart room control and automation. Key features include seamless device and system integration, customisable interfaces and screens for user-friendly control within meeting and collaboration spaces, and connectivity options such as LTE and built-in speakers, suggesting robust connectivity and audio capabilities.

Xilica's strategy aligns with current trends in smart workspace solutions, focusing on improving operational efficiency and collaboration. The benefits of RoomHub are manifold, promising smarter, more automated, and connected room environments, leading to improved productivity and user convenience in office and collaboration settings.

To strengthen local access and support, Xilica has appointed Pacific AV as its distributor in New Zealand, led by Marcel Reinen, and Audio Brands Australia as its new sole distributor in Australia, led by Don McConnell. Jim Seretis, with previous experience at Biamp and Audio Products Group, has been appointed to lead market development across the ANZ region.

The local debut of RoomHub is scheduled for August 27-29 at the Integrate Expo in Sydney. Xilica staff will be present at the Audio Brands booth, showcasing the RoomHub platform for the first time in ANZ. Live demonstrations of RoomHub and Xilica Cloud will also be available throughout the Integrate Expo show.

Xilica's CEO, James Knight, emphasises the importance of the ANZ region in the Asia-Pacific, stating that the area is a key focus for the company's future growth. Xilica is confident that its new strategy will bring them closer to their customers in the ANZ region.

With RoomHub, Xilica is poised to advance smart office and meeting space management in the region, offering an AI-powered, integrated system that combines on-device audio processing with AI-powered room optimisation. The platform features automatic peripheral detection, intelligent camera tracking, and integration with third-party systems, making it a comprehensive solution for modern workspaces.
